• SK 516 is a mid low frequency vibration table that uses high-precision air bearings as supporting and guiding devices, with high guiding accuracy, which can greatly reduce lateral motion; Simultaneously using air as the lubricating medium results in minimal frictional resistance and minimizes friction noise to the greatest extent possible; It also uses magnetic levitation support technology, which serves as a support and buffering structure. Compared to traditional spring plate support structures, the system has higher linearity and longer service life; It also has a high-precision grating displacement sensor built-in, which can achieve closed-loop control of displacement signals and greatly improve displacement accuracy.
