I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you, including our customers, business partners, members of the local community, our predecessors, and employees, for helping our company develop to this day since our founding in 1959.
At present, our group supports the development of mobility products, which are increasingly becoming sophisticated in electrical equipment, by providing highly reliable IC products for these. In the field of industrial equipment, our group is contributing to the evolution of these products by providing a variety of products that utilize analog technology, which is indispensable for various types of sensing. Moreover, in the field of satellite communications, we are contributing to the evolution of global communications backed by component products utilizing advanced microwave technology and the world's largest market share.
Our company will merge with Ricoh Electronic Devices Co., Ltd., a member of the Nisshinbo Group, in January 2022 and restart as Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. By integrating the strengths of the two companies and refining the “Connect Everything” technology, we will further grow and develop as an analog solution provider toward the realization of a super-smart society.
As a member of the Nisshinbo Group, we will continue to provide analog solutions through electronic devices and microwave products that leverage analog technology, and contribute to the development of a connected society. By doing so, we aim to be a company that has the value and presence expected by all stakeholders.
