Анализатор источников сигналов Keysight E5052B работает в диапазоне частот от 10 МГц до 7 ГГц и имеет высокие характеристики и широкие функциональные возможности. Анализатор E5052B обеспечивает самую высокую в мире производительность измерений и удобство использования при определении характеристик генераторов, управляемых напряжением (ГУН) и других типов источников высокочастотных сигналов, а также при измерении джиттера тактовых сигналов в высокоскоростных системах передачи данных.
Диапазон частот анализатора E5052B может быть расширен до 26,5 ГГц при использовании совместно с СВЧ преобразователем с понижением частоты Keysight E5053A и до 110 ГГц при использовании совместно с преобразователем Keysight E5053A и гармоническими смесителями Keysight серии 11970.
